Ideal for art students, young people with little arts experience and young people who are interested in the arts and hoping to develop arts portfolios and students who are keen to experiment with different materials, work with artist and art tutor Mark Rigby in this week long arts summer school.

Discover new techniques, explore interesting and unique ways to form ideas, discuess art works, visit new galleries and develop your own art portfolio all whilst working in gallery spaces and inspired by Gallery Oldham’s exhibitions and collections.

All materials and tuition included in the fee. Each attendee will receive an arts pack including an A3 portfolio to take home and develop their arts practice. The summer school will also include a trip to Liverpool TATE to see the new Keith Haring exhibition.

Ticket includes: ALL sessions, artist portfolio, materials, light refreshments and trip to Liverpool.

Please be aware this is a summer school spread across multiple days: Buying a ticket for one date automatically registers you for all sessions.

Individuals must attend a minimum of three days.
